Instructions: You will need two small buckets, particularly if you would like to take a warm spiritual bath each day. Add the dried herbs to the 1st bucket & fill 1/3 with water, let it sit overnight. The next day, after a normal shower, put hot water in the 2nd (empty) bucket & then pour the herbal bath from the 1st bucket into the bucket of hot water. Stir, with your right hand, to mix the hot water well. Use a bowl or cup to pour the liquid from these herbs all over your body, head to feet, while making the wishes to remove any negative energies, spells, juju, that may have been placed upon you. Wish for long life and that if there is any sickness, that it be lifted. May you see balanced health and healing in your body. Do not take this bath during menstrual cycle. A child after 1 year of age can begin this bath.
