External wounds - Put the dry powder on the wound. You can wrap in bandage (it may stick to skin).

Diabetic Wounds - apply daily. It’ll take time. You can also put in hot water, then clean the wounds with that water (then apply powder to top of wound afterwards).

Antibiotic, Chronic Coughing - Put 1 tsp. of the herb in a cup of hot water and drink. Repeat once every morning for 14 days. Stomach Wounds - Mix 1 tsp. of the herb with natural honey to make a paste, then eat using your right middle finger. Repeat every morning for 7 days.
