Spiritual Protection

At night after your normal soap shower take off all of your jewelry. Fill a bucket with warm water. Empty the contents of the bag into the water. Use a calabash or plastic bowl to mix the water. While doing this say, "I'm not declaring myself the enemy of anyone in life. I'm just looking for the best for myself and my family. However, if there are any attacks against me they return to where they came from, along with these arrows (needles)." After letting the contents fall to the bottom, use the calabash to take a shower and continue to repeat the phrase. Shower using all of the water, leaving the contents at the bottom. Once complete, toss all of the contents in the garbage outside then go immediately to bed. The next morning before you wash up and before speaking to anyone, take a handful of grain (corn/maize/rice/seeds etc.) and find birds (any kind of bird) outside to give it to. Make sure to see the birds eating. Afterwards, you may continue your day as normal. *Don’t have sex the night you take the shower. The shower is only for adults 18 yrs and older.
