Put the ball in a pot with 3 cups of water and boil. Drink 4-6 oz. of hot tea every morning and evening. You may add fresh lime to the pot. When the water runs out add more water and repeat. Alternatively, soak the ball in a gallon of water overnight with fresh lime (and 1 ball of Ninika if you choose). Take small sips of the herbal drink in this bottle throughout the day.
