This respiratory herb comes in the form of a black powder. Black powder herbs are typically charcoal--bark/wood that has been burned and then ground into a powder.

Scoop one teaspoon of the herb into a bowl. Add only enough honey until it is mixed together well and becomes a paste. The ratio of honey should not exceed the medicine. You may also add fresh lime juice. Use the index finger of your right hand to scoop and lick the herb until the bowl is finished. Repeat these steps up to 4 times daily, not to exceed 1 week. If the problem has changed after 1 week, report this to your healer.
