Put 1 Tbsp of the powder into a 25-30z bottle. Add 20oz of non-high fructose corn syrup tonic water. Let the mixture sit overnight. Using measuring spoons, drink 2 Tbsp of this liquid in the morning, and 2 Tbsp in the evening for at least one week, up to 3 months. After 3 months, take a break and start again. Be sure to adequately mix the herbs before drinking. Keep taking the herb until your issues resolve.
