Hemorrhoids typically occurs when your food isn't digested properly, and the intestines/anus have an allergic reaction. As a result, the intestines or anus will enflame and enlarge, making it proper bowel movement difficult. For this reason, it's often confused with constipation.
Depending on the severity it may affect the blood, eyes, fatigue, weight, digestion, sexual potency, and nerves."

 There are 3 different ways to take this herb. You may choose the method most fitting for your situation: #1 Place 1 Tbsp in the palm of your hand and lick the herb little by little until it's finished. Drink water afterwards. #2 Add 1 Tbsp to 1/2 C of plain porridge and eat. #3 Add 1 Tbsp to a cup of warm water and drink. Do not leave any herb left in the cup. If so, add more water to mix with what is left, or use your finger to lick what is leftover. For severe issues, use 2x's daily, morning & evening, for 1 week, then switch to once a day, if fitting. Avoid: Peanuts, red meat, chicken, peanut butter, sugar, and any other foods you find give you digestive trouble.
