Crack an egg to prepare an omelet. Put 1 tsp of the powder in the egg and mix. You may also add salt. After frying your omelet eat it. You may share with your children, if there are children in the house. Next, put the ring on behind your back. Do not ever put on or take off the ring in front of you. Always behind your back. You may wear the ring on any finger, on either hand. If you feel the need to take it off you may do so after the first 24 hours of wearing it. But, keep it at home, in your purse, etc. You may wear it again when you feel the need. Avoid sex the day you make/eat the omelet. Anytime in the future you feel the need you may put 1 tsp. of the remaining powder in a cup of hot water and drink.
