Souley is often taken together with Ninika, as Souley cleanses the liver and kidneys (the organs that clean the blood) and Ninika cleanses the blood. The combination of the two gives your circulatory system its best chance at maintenance and recovery.

Put the ball in a pot with 3 cups of water and boil. Drink 4-6 oz. of hot tea every morning and evening. You may add fresh lime to the pot. When the water runs out add more water and repeat. Continue this process until the herb loses all flavor, after which you may discard it. Alternatively, soak the ball in a gallon of water overnight with fresh lime (and 1 ball of Ninika if you choose). Take small sips of the herbal drink in this bottle throughout the day. Do not refrigerate. Repeat for 3 months for severe issues. For best results avoid: sugary, salty and oily foods"
