Do not take if there's a possibility that you're pregnant or if you're breastfeeding.

Put the package of herbs in a pot with 6 cups of water and boil. Drink 4-6 oz. of hot tea every morning and evening. When the water runs out add more water and repeat. Continue this process until the herb loses all flavor, after which you may discard it. Or, break up the ball and place all herbs in a 1 liter bottle. Add dry red wine and let the mixture sit overnight. Drink 4 oz of the mixure every morning and evening. When the wine runs out add more water and repeat. Continue this process until the herbs lose all flavor, after which you may discard them.
